Ce qui fonde mon regard <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Je pense l’entreprise comme un syst\u00e8me vivant \u2014 un ensemble o\u00f9 tout est li\u00e9, o\u00f9 la qualit\u00e9 des interactions d\u00e9termine ce qui se construit collectivement. C’est \u00e0 travers ce prisme que j’observe, j’\u00e9coute et j’interviens. Mon regard se porte d’abord sur les forces, les ressources, ce qui a permis d’arriver l\u00e0. Depuis cet ancrage \u2014 et sans nier les enjeux ni les difficult\u00e9s \u2014 nous d\u00e9veloppons ensemble des dynamiques d’\u00e9volution et de coop\u00e9ration durables<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab L’entreprise est une aventure humaine, collective par nature. La qualit\u00e9 des liens qui se tissent entre personnes d\u00e9termine ce qui s’y construit. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Quatre dimensions pour impulser des dynamiques collectives durables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La capacit\u00e9 d’une organisation \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper et se r\u00e9inventer repose sur un facteur cl\u00e9 : les hommes et les femmes qui la composent, et les dynamiques qui les animent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour impulser, r\u00e9guler ou nourrir ces dynamiques sources de performance durable comme de qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail, j’interviens autour de quatre dimensions interd\u00e9pendantes \u2014 \u00e0 la fois grille de lecture et leviers d’action. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elles permettent de cultiver la responsabilit\u00e9 individuelle et collective , l’autonomie et la qualit\u00e9 des liens afin de d\u00e9velopper l’engagement, la coop\u00e9ration, la capacit\u00e9 de chacun comme du collectif \u00e0 s’adapter, relever des challenges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
